Nitto kocha tea parlor
If you want to experience a retro cafe in Japan, look no further than Nitto Kocha tea parlor. The café opened in 1967. It’s just in front of Hamada station, so it’s easy to find. The exterior of the café is pretty retro, and sign is written in Japanese, but is easy to find. There are a lot of pictures of Hamada and Iwami there. There’s even an old Space Invaders machine that doubles as a table
We ordered sandwsiches, pizza toast, and fruit parfait. The parfait was delicious with many seasonal fruits. They also serve pasta, curry and rice, rice balls, ice coffee, and other soft drinks.
I recommend the café because the interior is very nostalgic and probably you can enjoy the atmosphere.
